Reporting is the key feature for a timesheet app. This is essential for project stakeholders or leads who actually have to do the timetracking.

How to Export your own timesheet for a particular duration for a project

1. Open Timesheet app using this link
2. Navigate to your project from left panel for which you want to export timesheet.
3. Click View Timesheet in the left menu
4. Select the duration for which you want to export. You will be able to see the timesheets filled so far when you click but you can also filter clicking on All link at the top of the list
5. Select the timesheet and click on view iconselect-view-timesheet
6. Click on Export sheet iconexport-sheetTimesheet will be downloaded.

How to Export a resource’s particular timesheet

1. Open Timesheet app
2. Navigate to your project from your portal.
3. Click Project Timesheet in the left menu
4. Select the timesheet and click on View icon
(Lead or Stakeholder can also user the filters on top of the list to find out a particular timesheet)project-timesheet
5. Click on Export sheet icon export-sheet2P.S. This option will only be visible to leads or stakeholders.

One Click Export for Product Owners

1. Open Timesheet app
2. Navigate to your project from your portal.
3. Click Project Timesheet in the left menu
4. Click on export button on top right
5. Select User (user can generate report for multiple user)
6. Select Date Range
7. Select Status
8. Export type
9. Click on ‘OK’ buttonexport-for-product-owner
