Time Tracking with Drutas – Adding your project timesheet

How to add your weekly/monthly or daily timesheet to a project

In order to add timesheet records to the application , follow the steps below :

1. Login timesheet of Drutas using this link
2. Home page will be opened. refer screenshottimesheet-home-page
3. Select the project for which you want to fill the timesheet.
4. Select Fill Timesheet option.
5. Enter your task description in activity textarea,select category from drop-down list, date, No of Hrs
6. User can also mark any activity recurrent if he/she has repeatedly worked on any task for a whole week or month. Click on ‘Mark Recurrent’ (fill detail and click on ok button) for the duration refer screenshotmark-recurrent-activities
7. Click on save icon
8. Activity will get saved and displayed on the same page in draft mode until it’s submitted. refer screenshotsave-activities
9. Click on ‘Submit’ button

Note : If user does not click on Submit button , timesheet is saved in draft mode . That means user can anytime come back and edit the timesheet. Lead will not receive any notification for approval till it is submitted.
